Richmond's independent cinema, The Station Cinema, is taking part in National Cinema Day. There's a great deal to be had on seeing something on the silver screen on Saturday (2 September), with tickets priced at just £3.

Films being shown throughout the day are: Elemental, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem, Barbie, Oppenheimer, Indiana Jones and The Dial Of Destiny, The Meg 2: The Trench and Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning Part I.

Dan Westgarth, manager at The Station Cinema, said: “It's great for us to be part of National Cinema Day. It's perfect timing to treat the children before they go back to school, or catch some of the summer's biggest films that perhaps you've been meaning to see, but haven't got round to yet. With ticket prices slashed for one day only, maybe this is your chance to do a great-value Barbenheimer double bill!"

Tickets are now available for National Cinema Day screenings at The Station Cinema's website or at the cinema ticket office - open daily from 11am. opens at 11am daily.
