A wide range of independent businesses in Richmond have come together to take part in The Magic Tenner campaign from May 11th-26th, in an initiative organised by Totally Locally.  They are offering fantastic £10 deals to encourage people into independent shops and to give a boost to the local economy.

As Paul Harrison, Chair of the Original Richmond Business and Tourism Association (ORBTA) explains, “The money goes round and round Richmond’s economy. This strengthens our town and helps small businesses to thrive, making Richmond a better place to live, work and visit. Alongside the £10 offers businesses are displaying posters showing how many local businesses supply and work with them. The significance of the campaign is shown by the number of businesses who have come together to participate.”

Totally Locally founder, Chris Sands, said “The Magic Tenner event is a good way for shops to support their communities by offering great deals, and for the community to support those shops that make our towns better places. It really is a win-win situation!”
